Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our Network, as soon as they are discovered,  Although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Illegality In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material. Undesirable Content Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work. Bulk Email The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden. Telnet/Shell Access We do not in any way provide any type of shell access. All items that shell access is needed for can be handled by modern ftp software and the control panel. Misuse Of Resources Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums are often found to use excessive system resources and are not allowed, to avoid problems please use a PHP/ASP message forum. If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use. We may amend these terms of service with or without notice. Please Note: We Do Not Allow Adult Sites, mp3storage, movie files, warez and other illegal contents. We do reserve the right to delete all accounts or resellers and resellers accounts if any one is found in violation of allowable content, without refund. Fraud: Involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it. Illegal use: Micro Dynamic services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. Micro Dynamic reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing. Harm to minors: Use of the Micro Dynamic service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography. Threats: Use of the Micro Dynamic service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property. Harassment: Use of the Micro Dynamic service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another. Forgery or impersonation: Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is strictly prohibited. The use of anonymous re-mailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation. Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right: Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements is strictly prohibited. Distribution of Viruses: Intentional distribution of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems is strictly prohibited. Customers may not send email to any person who does not wish to receive it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving email, the Customer must not send that person any further email. Customers are explicitly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "Spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested it. Customers may not forward or otherwise propagate chain letters, whether or not the recipient wishes to receive such mailings. Malicious email, including but not limited to "mail bombing" (flooding a user or site with very large or numerous pieces of email) and "trolling" (posting outrageous messages to generate numerous responses) is prohibited. Forging of header or any other information is not permitted. Subscribing someone else to a mail list or removing someone else from a mail list without that person's permission is prohibited. Micro Dynamic accounts or services may not be used to collect replies to messages sent from another Internet Service Provider, where those messages violate this Usage Policy or the usage policy of that other provider.
